It’s Time: Holiday E-mails Need To Be Readied

Even though Labor Day plans for most are not yet finalized, those in the know says it’s not too soon for retailers to start thinking about e-mail marketing campaigns for the upcoming holiday season.

A new report from e-mail marketing services vendor Responsys — titled the “2010 Retail Email Guide to the Holiday Season” — highlights some insightful tips and hints that should be implemented now.

One suggestion is to update mailing lists to assure customers have the correct subscription preferences.
