According to Brett Kolinek, vice president of Helen Brett, the company’s nine annual trade shows cover a range of offerings, including, “jewelry, fashion jewelry, fashion apparel, children’s apparel, and home goods.”
The 40th OFFPRICE Show (August 16-19, 2014) in Las Vegas celebrated the history of the show while demonstrating a vibrant and exciting future. The show recognized the 15 companies that have been exhibiting at OFFPRICE since its first year in 1995 at a cocktail reception for attendees.
Now in its fifth year, the Asia America Wholesale Show has hit on the perfect formula for a regional trade show. According to Asia America President, Michael Finocchiaro, the show specializes in bringing diverse sellers from around the world together with buyers from South Florida, Central and South America, and the Caribbean, featuring a complete range of high-quality merchandise at good prices.
Independent Retailer recently spoke with Brady Kimball, marketing & special events manager at Emerald Expositions about the launch of Impulse at NY NOW. The show will be held Saturday, August 16 through Tuesday, August 19 at the Passenger Ship Terminal’s Pier 94 in New York City.
The ASD Las Vegas Style & Beauty Show, taking place August 3-6 is one of the largest fashion accessories shows in the USA. The segment is located in the Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center and showcases over 750 companies exhibiting across 200,000 net square feet. Independent Retailer spoke with Darnell Botts, Show Director, Style & Beauty/Jewelry, on what buyers can expect to see at the upcoming show.

The next show is June 27–29 at the San Antonio Event Center.
Both the February and August OFFPRICE Show’s placed in the top 200 in the Trade Show News Network’s (TSNN) prestigious Top 250 Trade Shows in the US rankings. The rankings list the top 250 trade shows in the country based on net-square-footage. The February 2013 show ranked 159 (131,000 NSF), while the August ‘13 show checked-in at 165 (125,000 NSF). In 2012, the show’s ranked 163 in February and 164 in August.
